Roofing services across Northridge and nearby
Northridge
The general Northridge page, for a neighbourhood in the City of Los Angeles with no single boundary. It covers the 1950s–60s ranch core and the post-1994 rebuild layer, and folds the Northridge South interior grid — Nordhoff to Roscoe, Lindley to Bull Creek — in as a section. ZIPs 91324 and 91325 only.
Northridge East
The NENC band from Aliso Wash to Balboa, Devonshire to Lassen, plus the east-of-Balboa jag, which carries a 91343 ZIP but sits in Northridge council territory. Woodley Hill, transferred from North Hills to Northridge in 2012–2013, is included with its west line — Bull Creek versus Balboa — flagged as unresolved, not drawn as settled.
Northridge West
The NWNC pocket from Corbin to Reseda, SR-118 to Nordhoff. It includes the 1956 Palmer & Krisel Tract 18328 section, with butterfly, clerestory and low-slope modernist roofs, and the Northridge Recreation Center and Lemarsh Street pocket as a section.
Sherwood Forest
The City-recognised enclave of about 1,150 HOA homes, bounded by Nordhoff, Balboa, Lindley and the railroad. Orchard land became 1950s–60s homes and then post-1994 rebuilds, so big-tree debris, valley loading and estate-scale roofs are the pocket's topics. No HOA roof-material rule is claimed.
Devonshire
Devonshire Highlands and Devonshire Country Estates, 1955–57 Traditional Ranch tracts in the Plummer–Tunney–Devonshire–Tampa rectangle, divided by Lassen, with wide eaves, vergeboards and lots up to half an acre. The eastern Devonshire corridor segment, Aliso Wash to Balboa to Lassen, is included as a section.
Tampa
The Northridge Fashion Center at 9301 Tampa Avenue, opened in 1971 and rebuilt after the 1994 earthquake, and the Tampa Avenue corridor around it. The page states the CPA nuance honestly: west of Tampa is Chatsworth–Porter Ranch CPA territory, even though NWNC and resident identity call it Northridge.
Zelzah
The Zelzah Avenue corridor and the residential surrounds of CSUN only — the North Campus block of Devonshire, Lassen, Lindley and Zelzah, with rental stock and multi-unit low-slope roofs. Zelzah was Northridge's original name from 1908 to 1929, which is history here, not a neighbourhood. Campus buildings are never a roofing offer.
Lassen
The Lassen Street corridor along its full length. One street carries three roof generations: 1960 single-family homes, 1985–87 multi-family buildings and 1992 rebuilds. Lassen also divides the Devonshire tracts, edges the NENC band and forms the CSUN North Campus south edge.
Nordhoff
The Nordhoff Street corridor as the hinge of Northridge: the northern councils stop here, Northridge South begins here. Nordhoff is the NWNC and NENC south line, the NSNC north line, and the seam between the two neighbourhood sets.
Parthenia
The Parthenia–Winnetka–Corbin western south pocket, defined by a three-step jog, plus Vanalden Park and the Metrolink station area at 8775 Wilbur Avenue, at Parthenia. The station is a transit anchor, not a neighbourhood, and west of the Parthenia–Winnetka jog is Winnetka, not Northridge — stated plainly.
Wilbur
The Wilbur Avenue corridor and the Metrolink station corridor, taken from the north–south angle: station access and staging, rather than the Parthenia pocket's jog angle. The station is an anchor for access, not a neighbourhood, and this page does not duplicate the Parthenia copy.
Lindley
The Lindley Avenue corridor and boundary, framed as a corridor and boundary rather than a named neighbourhood. Lindley is Sherwood Forest's west line, the CSUN North Campus west edge and the south-grid interior's west line, all on one avenue.
Roscoe
The Roscoe Boulevard corridor, north side only, with the hospital-adjacent area as a landmark only: Northridge Hospital at 18300 Roscoe is classified as Reseda district and never anchors a hospital neighbourhood. Roscoe is the NSNC south seam, south of it is Reseda, and the southeastern 91325 wedge — White Oak, Roscoe, Louise, Saticoy — is included as a section, carved out to remain Northridge in the 2007 Lake Balboa renaming.
Every area below is part of Northridge. Adjacent places — Granada Hills, Porter Ranch, Chatsworth, Reseda, North Hills, Lake Balboa and Winnetka — are listed here only as adjacent areas, never as Northridge neighbourhoods. Dravon Pulse Roofing's Google Business Profile lists no service area, so no service coverage beyond Northridge is claimed on this page.
